韭黄炒鱼片




简介
用新鲜鱼自己片出一片片薄片, 再用高汤去淋熟鱼片, 可说是软嫩的不得了!

材料
金目鲈鱼1条韭黄100公克蒜末2粒姜末少许姜丝1小把酱油1大匙糖1小匙香油1/2小匙太白粉少许


做法
