研究爱滋病的权威杨光（任达华饰）与妻子彩霞（张文慈饰）庆祝结婚周年，好友Jiming突然来访，说自己中了降头，随即以箭插喉而死。自此怪事频生，光从泰国回来性情大变，霞亦开始发著同一个噩梦，梦见光与一艳丽女子交欢，在Irene介绍下，霞找来法凌师傅（何华超饰）驱魔。更奇怪的事是，霞在梦中所见的女子仙娜（颜千汶饰）在现实中出现。而光向她坦白谈在泰国被仙娜落降，随即演变成驱魔斗法局面。但事件却未平息，霞发觉自己陷入一个邪局，所有人包括丈夫、法师在内，都在进行一个阴谋……
